- Membership is not transferable
- No two offers / membership with any of the clubs/associations can be synchronized
- Participation / Preference in events will be decided by RISERS
- Members should apply discretion in carrying RISERS branding and merchandise for any event that RISERS are part of
- Day/Date/Venue/Timing of all events will be decided by RISERS
- Rules for members:
- Members have to report for training and activities well in time.
- Members have to keep updating and communicating to RISERS for the Medical history, Injury, Availability for Events/Activities/Sessions. Members have to reveal all true and correct Information and update the same from time to time including any new development related to medical history.
- Members have to act in interest of RISERS and other members.
- Members have to co-operate with Trainers/ in training Session/Events and with other members.
- Members should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in the sessions/activities.
- Members shall be responsible for any damage done to the equipments or other property belonging to RISERS and or the training centre / facility and shall be required to replace such equipments or other property damaged or pay the value thereof.
- In special circumstances RISERS may at their discretion permit, change the venue, Timing etc. The decision of the RISERS in all such cases shall be final and binding on all the members.
- No member shall discriminate, nor tolerate any discrimination, against any other member based on the member’s race, color, religion, sex, language, citizenship, age, physical or mental disabilities or any other characteristics protected by law
- Members have to adhere to rules and regulations of RISERS which will be informed time to time.
- Members are not authorized to take any action on behalf of RISERs which violates any law or regulation applicable in the respective jurisdictions.
- Members shall perform the roles assigned to them to the best of their abilities, and in the best interest of the group.
- Members shall avoid all conduct, which may be construed as sexual harassment including unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favours and other verbal, visual or physical conduct of a sexual nature
- Members shall exercise complete candor in providing facts and information to outsiders. Members shall not provide any information in /to a person / regulator / media personnel / newspaper / social media without the approval of the steering committee.
- Members shall protect and maintain the confidentiality of private information (financial or otherwise) pertaining to sponsor, client, vendor, alliance or associates etc.
- Members should report any misconduct or violation of terms and conditions.
- Each member has responsibility for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for fellow members by following safety and health rules and practices and reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe equipment, practices or conditions
- Violence and threatening behavior are not permitted. Members should perform the responsibilities free from the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol. It is our policy to maintain a drug-free environment. Spitting, Drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited in any event that RISERs is associated with.
- All members should endeavor to protect the group’s assets and ensure their efficient use.
- Before any “Member” commences work as a part of task assigned within RISERS, they are required to report any existing investments in or other possible conflict to other “Member” and any other related stakeholder.
- Non-compliance of any rule under this policy may result in disciplinary actions ranging from suspension to termination of my role within RISERS.
- The terms and conditions survive the termination of my role within RISERs for any reason.
